Services Preparatory Institute Aurangabad Admission Details

In order to encourage youth from Maharashtra to join in the defence forces as officers, the Government of Maharashtra has established Services Preparatory Institute at Aurangabad.

SPI Aurangabad Eligibility Criteria

(a) Unmarried, Male
(b) Domicile of Maharashtra
(c) Date of birth between 02 Jan 2007 to 1 Jan 2010 both days included
(d) Appearing for the class 10th examination from the state board or equivalent, in March/April/May 2024
(e) Eligible for admission into class in June 2024

Physical Fitness – Height 157 cm & above; Minimum Weight 43 kg; Chest – 74 cm minimum with 5 cm expansion on inhaling; Eyesight 6/6 if with spectacles 6/9 maximum; should NOT be night blind or colour blind. Should be fit to join the armed forces based on all fitness parameters prescribed from time to time.

SPI Aurangabad Written Examination & Interview

Eligible candidates will be required to undergo a written examination in English on 28th April 2024 at various centers. The written examination will be broadly based on State Board & CBSE syllabus for Class 8th to 10th. It shall shall 150 Multiple Choice questions (Mathematics 75 & General Ability 75) for every correct answer 1 mark will be given and for every wrong answer (0.5) mark will be deducted.

SPI Aurganbad Examination Fee

Rs. 450/- should be paid by credit card, debit card or net banking. Exam fee is NOT accepted by any other means. If the application form is not filled as per the terms and conditions then the application will be rejected and the fee paid will not be refunded.

SPI Aurangabad Hall Ticket 2024

SPI Aurangabad Exam Admit Cards for the written examination will be available for downloading after 10th April 2024 from the website.
