Heavy Water Board Mumbai Stipendiary Trainees Exam Pattern & Syllabus
HWB Official Notification was issued on 9th January 2020 on hwb.mahaonline.gov.in and hwb.gov.in and starting date to fill application form was from 11th January 2020. Last date to fill application form as per official Notification is 31st January 2020. Candidates are advised they should start their preparation from now onwards as per syllabus which is available in this article. So for preparing of Written Test applicants should need to download complete Paper Syllabus and Exam Pattern for these Various Vacancies as per the discipline because 50 questions on discipline. We have provided updated HWB Syllabus 2020 & Exam Pattern by Post Wise below here. Here we are providing Paper Pattern for Technical Officer, Stipendiary Trainee, Nurse, Scientific Assistant, Technician, Sub Officer, Stenographer, UDC, Driver & Driver cum Pump Operator cum Fireman Posts.
Selection will be in two stages (1) Written Test (2) Interview
Written Test will be objective type for two hours duration and consist of following subjects –
Part A – Psychometric/ Aptitude/ General Knowledge – 30 questions
Part B – Day to Day Science – 20 questions
Part C – Specific to Discipline – 50 questions
Each correct answer will carry 1 mark and each wrong answer will carry 1/2 negative mark.
Candidates will be called for interview on the basis of merit of marks obtained in written test in the ratio 1:5. Final selection will be made on the basis of the Written test and personal interview.
Minimum marks for qualifying in the interview will be 50% for empanelement.
Weightage of Marks for selection will be 70% in State I (written test & 30% in Stage II (interview).
