Assistant Audit Officer (Central Cadre):
Essential Qualifications: Bachelor‟s Degree from an accredited University or Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics
Assistant Audit Officer (State Cadre):
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor‟s Degree from an accredited University or Institute.
Proficiency in the Regional/official language of the State, i.e. ability to read, write, speak and understand the language with proficiency at matriculation level. Candidates must possess a certificate of proficiency in the Regional/official language of the State concerned at the level of Secondary School Examination from a recognised State/Central Board of Education.
Desirable Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary (CS) or M.Com or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Statistics or Mathematics or Economics or Demography or Population Studies or Operation Research or Information Technology or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Technology or Computer Application or Data Science or Artificial Intelligence from an accredited University or recognized Institute.
