Educational Qualification –
(1) The candidate must have a First class Post Graduate Degree in Biological Sciences with good academic records.
(2) Documented research experience of at least two years, other than MSc project work, in the relevant area is required.
Desirable Qualification –
(1) Candidate who have qualified National Eligibility Test – CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) or National Level Examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions viz.,
(2) DBT-Biotechnology Eligibility Test/ Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology & Interdisciplinary Life Sciences (JBEEBILS)/ ICMR Entrance Exam/ Approved DST Inspire Fellowship are preferred.
