OSSSC Laboratory Technician Recruitment Details – Applications are invited online through the OSSSC website www.osssc.gov.in for recruitment to 1000 number of District Cadre posts of Laboratory Technician in varies CDM, PHO’s and Medical College and Hospitals under Health & Family Welfare Department Odisha.

OSSSC Laboratory Technician Salary – Pay Scale Rs. 25,500/- to Rs. 81,100/- (Consolidated Rs. 9,500/- per month for contract basis).

OSSSC Laboratory Technician Eligibility Criteria | OSSSC Laboratory Technician Qualification  –

(a) The candidates must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha/ equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from Government Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other private institutions recognized by Govt of Odisha or All India Council of Technical Education.

(b) If any candidate has obtained higher qualifications like Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology (BMLT) or Master in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) they shall be eligible to apply provided they have obtained the basic qualification as above.

Age Limit for OSSSC Laboratory Technician – A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 32 years as of the date of advertisement.

Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years

Maximum Age Limit: 32 Years

OSSSC Laboratory Technician Exam Pattern 2021 –

There shall be a Written Examination for 100 marks (MCQ type in OMR system) in one paper only as detailed below –

Time Duration of exam – 2 hours. There shall be negative marking @  0.25 mark per question for wrong/multiple answers.
