OMC Recruitment 2021 – OMC invites applications for recruitment of 93 Manager (Mining), Dy. Manager (Mining), Foreman (Min.), Mining Mate, Blaster, Surveyor Posts. Name of the post – Manager (Mining)
No. of vacancies – 01 (UR)
Pay Scale –
Rs. 92000/- with the provision of a 10% hike every year on renewal of contractual appointment
Qualification – BE/ B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 1st Class MMCC.
(i) Minimum 6 years’ post-degree working experience in metalliferous mechanized opencast mines (ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having exposure in IT/ Software enabled Mine planning, design & development for which such candidates may ‘ have to undergo a skill test
Age Limit – Maximum 40 years
Name of the post – Dy. Manager (Mining)
No. of vacancies – 17 (UR-8, SEBC-2, SC-3, ST-4)
Pay Scale – Rs. 80000/- with the provision of a 10% hike every year on renewal of contractual appointment
Qualification – BE/ B. Tech in Mining Engg. with 2nd Class MMCC.
(i) Minimum 4 years’ post-degree working experience in mechanized metalliferous opencast mines (ii) Preference will be given to the candidates having exposure in IT/ Software enabled Mine planning, design & development for which such candidates may have to undergo a skill test (iii) Candidates with First Class MMCC shall have added advantage
Age Limit – Maximum 35 years
Name of the post – Foreman (Mining)
No. of vacancies – 39 (UR-20, SEBC-4, SC-6, ST-9)
Pay Scale – Rs. 42000/- with the provision of a 10% hike every year on renewal of contractual appointment
Qualification – Diploma in Mining with Foreman Competency Certificate issued by DGMS
Age Limit – Not below 18 years and above 35 years
Name of the post – Mining Mate
No. of vacancies – 30 (UR-15, SEBC-3, SC-5, ST-7)
Pay Scale – Rs. 27000/- with the provision of a 10% hike every year on renewal of contractual appointment
Qualification – HSC with Mining Mate Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS as per MMR, 1961
Age Limit – Not below 18 years and above 35 years
Name of the post – Blaster
No. of vacancies – 04 (UR-2, SC-1, ST-1)
Pay Scale – Rs. 27000/- with the provision of a 10% hike every year on renewal of contractual appointment
Qualification – HSC with Mining Mate Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS as per MMR, 1961
