Qualification – Second Division Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science;
At least five years of experience in any established Library or Government financed Autonomous organization Library.
Good knowledge of Computer Application.
Age Limit – Not more than 40 years.
Name of the post – Assistant Director
No. of vacancies – 01
Pay Scale – Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 1,77,500/- + Allowances.
Qualification – Master Degree in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level
Age Limit – Not more than 35 years.
Name of the post – P.S. to Director
No. of vacancies – 01
Pay Scale – Rs. 44,900/- to Rs. 1,42,400/-.
Qualification – Degree passed, Shorthand speed 120 wpm & English typing speed @50 wpm
Experience as Sr. Stenographer/ Stenographer/ PA in Level-6 at least five years in Central Government/Autonomous bodies.
Knowledge of Computer operations
Experience in secretarial practice including noting/ drafting, handling of routine correspondence, handling appointments/ engagements/ arranging meetings, liaison and coordination works, preparing minutes of meetings etc.
Age Limit – Not more than 35 years.
