LIC Assistant Recruitment 2019 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
Life Insurance corporation of India recruitment 75000+ Assistants across the country and the LIC Assistant Prelimanary Exam will be conducted on 21st & 22nd Oct 2019. The selection of Assistant will be done through a two tire process and subsequent Pre-recruitment Medical examination. The details are given below –
Phase I – Preliminary Examination
Preliminary examination consisting of objective test will be conducted online. The test will have three section (with separate timings for each section) as follows-
Section wise marks, questions, qualifying marks are given below –

Note 1 – Duration for each section is 20 minutes. (Total time for Preliminary exam is one hour)
Note 2 – English/ Hindi language test will be qualifying nature and marks in language section will not be counted for ranking.
Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by LIC (not more than 20 times the number of vacancies) will be shortlisted for the Main Examination. Short listing for main examination will be on the basis of marks obtained by the candidate is Section 2 and 3 i.e. Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability provided candidate obtain minimum qualifying marks in the Section 1 above i.e. English/ Hindi Language.
