Pay Scale – Level 7 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
Age Limit – Not more than 30 years.
Qualification –
(i) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications/ Information / Technology/ Computer Science of a recognized University/ Institute.
OR
(ii) B.E/B.Tech in computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Technology/ Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology
Duties –
(i) Troubleshooting of all Hardware/ Software
(ii) Providing Level-1 Technical Support to the Department Officers/Officials.
(iii) Liaising with NIC and other service providers in the Department for Internet/ LAN/WAN/Application Development
(iv) Liaising with AMC provider for the maintenance of Hardware/Software of the Department
(v) Installation and testing of standard software packages
(vi) Training users regarding technical aspects and use of Standard software packages
Job Location – New Delhi.
