How to apply DRDO CEPTAM 09 Admin and Allied Cadre 2019
Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) Ministry of Defence, Government of India has published a Recruitment Notice CEPTAM 09 for the post of Stenographer, Administrative & Store Assistant, Security Assistant, Canteen Manager, Halwai, Vehicle Operator, Fire Engine Driver and Fireman. Candidates are advised to read the complete advertisement carefully, before filling up the online application form.
Step – 1 New Registration
All fields for Online Registration are mandatory and cannot be left blank.
Details given in registration are non-editable, once submitted.
Candidate has to confirm about EER & OER as per CEPTAM-09/ A&A Advt. (Refer 1.1 & 1.2) and proceed further.
Candidate must fill their details, like Name, DOB as per matriculation/ secondary or equivalent certificates.
Candidate should have their own mobile number (may be registered on candidate’s name) and valid & active personal E-mail Id.
Candidate must fill correct category and sub category (if applicable) details.
Candidate must upload their recent passport size photograph taken within last 30 days with white background, the face should be clearly visible on photo, dimension of photo should be of Height 4.5cm & Width 3.5cm, size should be between 20 KB – 35 KB in JPG/jpg/JPEG/jpeg format.
Candidate must upload their Signature on plain white paper and size should be between 20 KB – 35 KB in JPG/jpg/JPEG/jpeg format.
After successful registration, candidate will get a user Id & password on their registered E-mail ID and it will also be displayed on computer screen, which will be used to login for filling of application.
Note : Registration is mandatory for filling Application online, candidate may apply for more than one post code through a single Registration
Step 2 – Filling up online application Form
Candidate are advised to keep scan copy of their certificates/ documents ready while filling up Online Application.
Click on “Login” link available on home page for online application.
Enter your User ID and password for login then click on “New Application” link.
All asterisk (*) marked fields are mandatory.
Fill every section (Personal details, Post code/EER details, Upload Documents, Review/Finalize, Fee Payment [If applicable]) of Online Application Form
Each section has SAVE AND CONTINUE button for saving the filled data in that section and clicking on it will save and take the process to the next section.
Step 3 – Personal Details
Fields which have already been filled by the candidate at the time of registration will auto display.
Candidate must fill their details like Father’s name, Mother’s name as per matriculation/secondary or equivalent certificate.
Contact details such as Correspondence address and permanent address must be correct and active during the recruitment cycle as all communication will be done through them.
Candidate must provide details of valid Photo identity proof (eg. Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID , PAN, Govt. issued ID, etc.). Same identity proof must be carried at the time of examination.
Step 4 – Post Code/ EER Details
Candidate must select correct post code and provide the Essential Educational Requirement and other essential requirements details accordingly.
Candidate is advised to choose any three different cities from the dropdown menu in order of preference for Tier-I examination.
The option/preference once given by candidate will be treated as final and irreversible.
Step 5 – Uploading of scanned images and documents
Candidate must upload all images/documents as per following specifications in JPG / jpg / JPEG / jpeg format.
10th Class or Equivalent Certificate size should be between 50 KB -100 KB.
EER Certificate size should be between 50KB – 100 KB.
Note : Uploading of blurred/irrelevant images will lead to rejection of application.
Step 6 – Review and finalize
Candidates are advised to check all the filled details carefully. They may edit/correct it before final submission only.
After final submission of application, request for change/correction in the particulars given in the application form, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
Step 7 – Online Payment of Application Fee, if application.
Candidate is advised to review her/his filled online application form before making payment of application fee.
Non-refundable application fee of Rs. 100/-(All Women and SC/ST/PWD/ESM* candidates are exempted from payment of application fee, as per Govt. of India rules) is to be paid by the candidate.
If candidates are exempted from application fee, their application will be finally submitted after clicking on “Final Submission” button and their “Application Number” will be sent to registered E-mail Id and the same will be displayed on computer screen.
Application fee is to be paid online through credit card/debit card/net banking. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. All applicable service charges shall be borne by the candidate only.
After successful payment of fee, the application will be finally submitted and “Application Number” will be sent to candidate’s registered E-mail Id and the same will be displayed on computer screen.
Step 8 – Printing of Finalized online application form
Candidate is advised to take a print out of finally submitted application and keep safely, bring it at the time of document verification (if shortlisted).
The Application form may be downloaded/printed from “Saved Application” menu after login.
No Printed copy of application is required to be sent to CEPTAM.
