M.Sc in Basic Science (Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science) with 55% marks for two posts.
B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 55% marks for 2 posts
B.E/B.Tech in (EEE/ECE/Automobile) with 55% marks for 2 posts
M.Sc in Physics/ Chemistry with 55% marks for one post
M.Sc in Chemistry with 55% marks for one post
Age Limit – Not more than 35 years as on 06.09.2020
