Qualification –

Engineer (Metallurgy) – First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering / Technology in Metallurgy including Material Science & Engineering with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all semesters / years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum 55% against reserved positions.

Officer (HR) – Graduate in any discipline with two years course leading to Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Master of Social Work / Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources from a recognized Indian University / Institute with not less than 60% Marks in aggregate of all semesters / years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum 55% against reserved positions.

Officer (Marketing) – First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering in either Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil with not less than 60% mark in aggregate of all Semesters / Years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum 55% against reserved positions. Note: Candidates who possess additional qualification or inclination towards Marketing will be given preference.

Officer (ITS) – First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication with not less than 60% Marks in aggregate of all semesters / years. SC/ST/PwBD candidates need to score a minimum 55% against reserved positions.

Officer (Legal) – Candidate should have acquired Graduate Degree in Law / LLB or equivalent. Candidates must have secured minimum 60% of marks (or equivalent CGPA and above) in the Graduation. Candidate must have minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience as a Law Officer in a Public Sector Undertaking / Nationalized Bank / Statutory Corporation / Central or State Government Department / Undertaking or Institution / Large Private Sector Organization / Lawyer or Advocate in a reputed Law Firm.

Discipline wise Qualification Details –
1. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (Production) –
Qualification- 3 years Diploma in Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemical Engineering / Tech. or B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject from a recognized Institute / University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS candidates & 55% in case of SC / PwBD candidates against reserved positions.
Experience- Minimum two years of relevant post qualification work experience of Process Units in Refining / Chemical / Petro-chemical / Fertilizer plant having work experience related to operation of Fired Heaters, Exchangers, Pumps & Compressors, Distillation Columns, Reactors, High-Pressure Vessels, Effluent Treatment Plant, Cooling towers, Tank farm, Pressurized storage bullets, Pump House, etc.

2. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (Production) Trainee –
Qualification- 3 years Diploma in Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemical Engineering / Tech. or B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject from a recognized Institute / University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS candidates & 55% in case of SC / PwBD candidates against reserved positions.

3. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (Mechanical) –

4. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (Mechanical) Trainee –

5. Junior Engineering Assistant – IV (Electrical) –

Should be capable of reading, understanding and trouble-shooting the control circuits of above equipment. Experience should be in a process industry like Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical / Fertilizer / Power plants / large industrial establishments.

6. Junior Engineering Assistant – IV (Electrical) Trainee –
Qualification- 3 years Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from recognized Institute/ University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS candidates & 55% in case of SC / PwBD candidates against reserved positions.

7. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (Instrumentation) –
Qualification- 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication from a recognized Institute / University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS candidates & 55% in case of SC / PwBD candidates against reserved positions.
Experience- Minimum two years of relevant post qualification work experience in maintenance of process control instrumentation in a process industry including Refinery / Petro-chemical / Chemical / Fertilizer sector / large industrial establishments with a knowledge of Preventive and breakdown Maintenance / troubleshooting and rectification of Field instrumentstransmitters / control valves. Familiarity with Distributed control system / PLCs – Ability to read P&ID and logic control diagrams – able to generate calibration reports.

8. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (Instrumentation) Trainee –
Qualification- 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Electronics / Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication from a recognized Institute / University with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for General / OBC / EWS candidates & 55% in case of SC / PwBD candidates against reserved positions.

9. Junior Engineering Assistant -IV (P&U– Mechanical) Trainee –

10. Junior Engineering Assistant – IV (P&UElectrical) Trainee –

11. Junior Technical Assistant -IV (Fire & Safety) –
Qualification- Matric plus Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC-Nagpur or Equivalent (Regular Course) from any other recognized institute with Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
Experience- Minimum two years of post qualification experience in Fire & Safety set-up involving handling of firefighting equipment, Fire water networks, related communication systems, emergency handling, Fire Fighting, Operation of Fire Tenders / pump house etc. in a Petroleum Refinery / Petrochemical / Heavy Chemical / Gas Processing Industry / Fertilizers / Power Plants / large industrial establishments. Knowledge of English (reading & writing) is preferable. Preference will be given to candidates with certificate in “Diploma in Industrial Safety” from a Board or an Institute recognized by State / Central Govt.

12. Junior Technical Assistant -IV (Fire & Safety) Trainee –
Qualification- ITI with NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) with Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

Age Limit – For trainee not more than 26 years and others 28 years.
