CEPTAM 06 Final Selection Cut off Marks- Analysis 

 

 

CEPTAM 06 Cut off marks- Centre for Personnel Talent Management, Defence Research and Development Organisation, Ministry of Defence was published the CEPTAM 06 Advertisement in Employment News dated 04-10 May 2013 for 844 vacancies and the Competitive examination was conducted in two shifts on 25^th Aug 2013 in different examination centres in the country.

Steps and Ratio for Selection- Possible eligible candidates were called for document verification, based upon their ranking in written examination in a ratio of 1:6 (Means six short listed candidates against one vacancy) for all the posts, and in ratio 1:8 where skill/trade test was mandatory.

Candidates meeting eligibility criteria like qualification, age, category, experience (wherever applicable) etc. during document verification process are allowed for trade/ skill test (wherever applicable) and interview.

Final recommendation of the candidates for the post has been made on the basis of merit obtained through percentage and weightage of marks obtained in written examination and interview (85% for written and 15% for Interview). Further, subjected to following conditions-

• Candidate has passed the Trade Test/ Skill Test/ Physical Endurance Test wherever conducted.
• Candidate has secured minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in interview.
• The essential qualification requirement pertaining to the posts are completed as on CLOSING DATE.
• Candidate is NOT possessing higher qualification viz. M.Sc. or B.Tech, B.E degree as on last date for application.
• Candidate in within age limit as on the closing date of applications.
