About NBSSLUP – The government of India established the All India Soil Survey Organization in 1956 with the Headquarters at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute Nagpur with five Regional Soil Correlation Centers at Bangalore, Delhi, Kolkata, Jorhat, and Udaipur. Later in 1958, this scheme was integrated with the Land Use Planning Scheme of the Central Soil Conservation Board primarily to carry out detailed soil surveys in the catchment areas of major River Valley projects, with setting up the organization, “All India Soil and Land Use Survey”.

Fellowship – Rs. 25,000/- per month
Job Location – Nagpur Maharashtra
Duration – One year.
Qualification – Graduate (B.Sc./ B.Tech) in agriculture/ Agricultural Engineering or Diploma in relevant (Agriculture) field from a recognized University.
Desirable Experience – Experience in soil sampling and analysis of soil samples.
