Trade wise vacancy position –
Pay Scale/Salary – Rs. 35,000/-+HRA per month.
Qualification – B. Tech./B.E in Mechanical/Production/ Aerospace/Mechatronics or equivalent and two yearsof experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services.
Age Limit – Not more than 35 years.

Selection Procedure – The candidates fulfilling all necessary eligibility criteria as recomended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test and those who qualify in the trade test will be called for Written test consisting of Paper I (Mental Ability Test), Paper II (General Awareness and English) and Paper III (concerned subject). The second and third paper will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in the first paper. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the written examation (scheme of written/skill test will be notified in the CSIR-SERC website).
