Name of the post – Procurement Specialist/ Senior Procurement Specialist
No. of vacancies – 01
Qualification – Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Experience –
1. Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of the overall experience.
2. Overall experience to mandatorily include minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in procurement of IT solutions/ products and related services.
3. Prior experience in managing IT procurement operations, preferably in a public sector enterprise or a financial services establishment.
4. Proven expertise in at least three out of the following competency areas:
5. Tender (RFI/RFP) creation, publishing & evaluation
6. Budget & Spend Management
7. Contract Management, SLA Management, Invoice & Payment Management
8. Compliance Management, Statutory Reporting, Internal Reporting
9. Vendor Engagement and Management
10. Exposure to public procurement, understanding of applicable guidelines like CVC, etc., and exposure to e-tendering/procurement portal and will be a plus.
11. Experience in evaluating and implementing solutions/platforms in prior organizations to automate procurement operations will be a plus.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, high integrity, strong work ethic and ability to empathize with the customer
